CROSS-OS
The operating system you solve, not run.
CROSS-OS is a conceptual operating system that redefines the meaning of execution: no longer a sequence of commands imposed on a machine, but a process of structural resolution, where behavior emerges from the coherence of constraints.
A new idea of operating system
In traditional systems, processes are executed, resources allocated, and tasks scheduled through imperative control. In CROSS-OS, every element belongs to a global structure that must be solved coherently.
Processes become words, resources become cells, and dependencies become crossings, following the crossword metaphor: the system works when it is entirely and consistently solved.
Vision
CROSS-OS proposes a form of computation not based on control, but on stabilization. The system is not pushed to act, but placed in a configuration of constraints such that a solution emerges naturally.
This approach opens new possibilities in domains where command-based control is ineffective or inappropriate: complex systems, human–machine interaction, adaptive environments, therapeutic contexts.
